Terms and Conditions

Waiting Time: Waiting charges begin 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on departures. After 5 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure. Waiting Time charges are assessed hourly. Train schedules cannot be monitored therefore billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.

Cancellations: Round Trips must be canceled as two separate reservations. The full trip cost plus 20% service charge will be charged for any cancellation less than 3 hours before scheduled pick-up time. A credit card is required for reservation.

No-Show Fee: A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% Service charge will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying Optimum Limousines Inc.

Surcharges:

There is a $25.00 surcharge for service scheduled between midnight and 5:00 am.
All rates exclude 20% gratuity.
There is a $25.00 surcharge for service scheduled Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and after 5:00 p.m. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Hourly Rates: Hourly rates are billed from the time the driver meets the client at their initial location until the client disembarks at their final destination. Fractions of an hour are charged at an hourly rate.

Disclaimer: Optimum Limousines Inc. reserves the right to cancel any Service without Refund, If the Operator or the Office feels that the Renter/Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or The Mode of Transportation or The Renter/Party of the Renter in danger of Injury. Or if the Renter/Party of the Renter is in the possession of any Illegal Material or Substance, this service will be canceled without refund. This is without exception.

Liability: Optimum Limousines Inc. shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Optimum Limousines Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.
